Marcia Nansel

NANSEL, Dr., Marcia Sue, Kalamazoo, MI Dr. Nansel passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 1, 2015. 

She was born May 21, 1960 in Lexington, NE, the daughter of the late Wayne and Wilma (Linn) Nansel and was a resident of the Kalamazoo area for many years.

Marcia is survived by her husband, William Russon, II, of Kalamazoo; her children Rachel Heft and Reed Zapf; step-children, Mara Elaman, Alexandra Russon, Andrew Russon. 

She was preceded in death by her son, Ryan Zapf. Marcia is survived by her extended family, mother-in-law, Carol Reiter; her father-in-law, William Russon; brother, Alan (Linda) Nansel of Naumelle, ARK; sister, Kathy (Kent) Trimbely of Wahoo, NE; brother, Gene Nansel of Lexington, NE; sister, Diane Hall of Johnston, IA; brother-in-law, Ron (Maggie) Russon; sisters-in-law, Becki Russon and Kerri (Dan) Gallagher. 

A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2015 in the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St. at 11:00 AM with Pastor Kyle Douglas officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations should be made to the Gift of Life Foundation.
